The Gelder Group were entrusted with the delivery of the North Kesteven District Council Window Replacement programme for 2011/2012.
The project involved carefully arranging access and replacing the u.p.v.c double glazed windows to approximately 250 properties throughout the District.
This phase of the contract required the provision of scaffolding and renewing the u.p.v.c. double glazed windows to the 140 flats at Sleaford, Bracebridge Heath and Waddington.
The works were completed to a high specification and the project had an Accident Frequency Rate of zero.
The contract was part of the Procurement Lincolnshire Collaborative Housing refurbishment framework to deliver cost effective refurbishment to the council properties of Lincolnshire.
