The Gelder Group were entrusted by Bishop Grosseteste University to convert the existing workshop into offices for the Administration Department.
The project included construction and installation of a new pitched roof, cedar boarding external cladding, replacement windows and full internal and external decoration.
New carpet tile floor finishes were provided.
The heating installation was fully redesigned by Graham Bilton and the electrical installation renewed.
The refurbishment and restoration required the provision of a new gas supply.
