Gelder Maintenance has a specialist resource for the provision of comprehensive maintenance services, both planned and responsive. Our team include dedicated managers together with surveyors and estimators who are linked to our on-site team utilising the latest hand held technology, providing a cost effective responsive service for our customers.

We pride ourselves on the professional and specialised service we offer, we build strong client relationships for the benefit of all parties based on our reliability, experience and positive attitude.

We are delighted to deliver the planned and reactive maintenance service to the City of Lincoln corporate properties.

Requests for repairs are taken by our dedicated Helpdesk where Maintenance Engineers are tasked to respond within 4 hours for emergency repairs or 1 day for routine works.

All aspects of building repairs are undertaken including joinery, roofing, brickwork and concreting, paths and landscaping, plastering, painting, electrical, decorating, drainage, floor and wall finishes.

In addition to responsive repairs, Gelder Maintenance undertake alterations and minor improvements such as refurbishments, internal office remodelling, fire precautions, upgrades including window replacements and insulation works.
