Gelder Maintenance has a dedicated and specialist resource for the provision of a comprehensive service, both planned and responsive.  Our office team include dedicated maintenance managers together with surveyors and estimators who are linked to our on-site team utilising the latest technology, providing a cost effective responsive service for our customers.

We pride ourselves on the professional and specialised service we offer, and build strong client and tenant relationships for the benefit of all parties based on our reliability, experience and positive attitude.

Gelder Maintenance are part of a framework providing an emergency response repair service to public buildings throughout Leicestershire.

Requests for repairs are taken by our dedicated 24 Hour Helpdesk where Maintenance Engineers are tasked to respond within 2 hours for emergency repairs or 2 days for routine works.

All aspects of building repairs are undertaken including joinery, roofing, brickwork and concreting, paths and landscaping, plastering, painting and decorating, drainage, floor and wall finishes.

In addition to responsive repairs, Gelder Maintenance undertake alterations and minor improvements such as toilet refurbishments, internal remodelling, DDA adaptations, fire precaution, upgrades including door replacements and window replacements.
