A traditional brick and block, single storey building of a new works depot consisting of workshop, staff room with kitchenette and disabled toilet. Externally a concrete washdown area has been provided along with a car park area.
The site has been provided with new electric and water services and is fully enclosed by metal palisade fencing and a pair of gates.
The depot is to be used by the Council for storing their maintenance equipment.
