This project was carried out over 3 phases as follows:-
Visitors Centre
The regeneration of existing old stables and officesto form new offices, shop facilities, a new café area with associated commercial kitchen and new extended car parking. The building also benefits from sustainable equipment including a new biomass boiler and photovoltaic roof panels.
House
The existing dilapidated farmhouse and outbuildings have been completely stripped back and refurbished to a high quality. A new gravel drive and separate entrance were also constructed.
Animal Reception Centre/Stables
An existing paddock area has been used to construct brand new stables and a new animal reception centre with treatment areas and staff offices, etc.
