Construction of New Village Hall and associated car parking with new access formed from Moortown Road, The single storey building comprises Main Hall, male, female and disabled toilet provision, Main kitchen with pass through for functions etc and Multi-purpose room with bar area and pass through etc. The building was constructed of reclaim brickwork with use of local sourced ironstone to the front elevation. The main heating source was a ground source heat pump with 100m of underground pipework installed to the external grounds and heat pump and associated plant located in plant room serving under floor heating throughout. The project value £400,000 was constructed in 24 weeks.
