The sports hall was constructed with a steel frame on reinforced concrete pad foundations.
Lightweight composite sheeting to the roof and walls with UPVC windows.
The building consisted of a large sports hall including a multi use badminton, football and basketball courts, along with swimming pool, cinema room, recreation and changing rooms.
The building was built in the heart of Nocton Estates and provided the farm workers with recreational facilities.
