The demolition of an old CCTV building and construction of a new café bar and learning facility for Yasig Charity (Young and safe in Gainsborough). The building provided major challenges due to its location on a busy junction, the fact that the site itself was extremely tight, and also the shape and complexity of the building meant that attention to detail was a huge priority.
