The works included a single storey extension & remodeling to the existing science block, the erection of a new two storey CDT, Arts & music building, remodelling of the existing two storey classroom block & improvements to the existing dining room & music area. This was a phased scheme.
Gelder Group employees worked closely with the school on a daily basis to ensure that the day to day running of the school was not affected by the building works. The Gelder Group will be returning to the school to carry out improvement works in April this year as part of our framework agreement with Lincolnshire County Council.
Works were carried out within operation facilities, therefore careful planning and liaison with the client was necessary in order to minimise disruption and ensure the highest standards of safety.
