New Classroom Block Welton St Marys School

The works comprised the design and construction of a new 4 classroom extension with new male and female toilets and a hygiene room for disabled pupils along with alteration works that included the removal of classrooms to enlarge the existing hall, forming new staff resource room and chair store, remodelling / refurbishment of existing toilets, provision of comfort cooling to ICT and classroom; and an extension to the existing playground.

The new build extension comprised traditional strip foundations, power floated concrete slab, load bearing masonry, truss rafters, tiled roof, aluminium external windows and doors with associated internal finishes, fixtures and fittings that included cloakroom fittings and computer work benching.
