The contract included a total refurbishment and alteration to an existing first floor department, with new specialist service installations, such as, medical gases, nurse call, air tube transfer and ventilation services, dialysis renal water equipment.

The project delivered new facilities for patients and staff comprising of bed bays, isolation rooms (with en-suites), office, changing and relatives rooms.
 
Both planning and coordination of new services, with the building finishes were required to ensure the completed project achieved the client and patient requirements.
