Extension to Haulage Workshop Nettleton Service Station

Construction of new garage workshop for service and repair for articulated lorries. The new building replaces a former fire damaged, dilapidated workshop located on a “Live” Petrol Station site with its entrance directly adjacent to the customer refuelling forecourt area. The workshop offers space to allow the lorries to be maintained under cover with 2 No new large up and over doors to front and rear.
 
The workshop had a 14m long x 2.5 m deep preformed service pit with integrated services. The steel frame building with blockwork inner skin and composite roof and external envelope also includes new services such as power lighting and other electrical supplies such as welding etc. Air Source heat Pumps and Compressed Air etc all to meet the required heat loss requirements, Building regulations and the Operational needs of our Client. The building project was carried out within a live operational Petrol Station and Haulage business where continuous liaison and coordination with the client and customers was required.
