The project consisted of the construction of a new warehouse facility on the existing site of Fixfirm Fittings, The building generally comprised a steel frame structure with a brickwork and insulated cladding exterior. Installation of new windows, doors and new entrance lobby. Relocation of roller shutter doors & extension of hard standing and car parking areas.
The work included associated electrical and mechanical services to the building along with associated drainage and external landscaping works on completion.
The building was completed 2 weeks ahead of programme within the financial constraints of the project.
