The total refurbishment and alteration to former Council depot to form new offices, workshops, storage and parking facilities.
The office building has completely new walls, windows, services and finishes to form offices to accommodate supervisors and administration with ancillary accommodation including kitchen for the Neighbourhood Services.
The project comprises new steel support, security roller shutters, compressed air and electrical installations. The site has a new staff and visitor parking with secure fencing to the perimeter with vehicle barriers and access system.
