A cigarette was discarded out of a top flat window, before being blown back into the window of a flat below. The resulting fire damage affected 3 flats.
The objective was to carry out repairs to the damaged flats and bring them back to pre-loss condition. As the photographs indicate, the flats were repaired to a very high standard.
