The works required the restoration of properties following fire damage. Works also included the reinstatement of the roof structures.
The primary objective from our client was to ensure that the works were completed safely, within time and within budget constraints.
Access to the 3 story properties was via an engineered scaffold complete with a top hat.
Works were carried out within a pedestrianised area; therefore careful planning and liaison with the client / LA was necessary in order to minimize disruption and ensure the highest standards of safety.
