Scope of Works
The construction of a five beroomed detached house with three reception rooms, double garage, and sun room.
Description of Works
A traditional built house in brick and tile with feature windows to the hall, landing and master bedroom. A bespoke oak staircase to the main hall. The hot water and heating system is supplied using an air source system which does not require a boiler. This system produces 4kw of power for every 1kw used, making it an extremely efficient system; both financially and environmentally.
