RSS FeedEx Simons COO Roger Hall, Joins Gelder Group
Gelder Group are pleased to announce the appointment of ex Simons Construction Chief Operations Officer Roger Hall in a part time role as Business Development Manager.
Roger enjoyed a successful career at Simons where he worked for over 40 years prior to his retirement, building up a building maintenance division from nothing to £50m annual sales whilst also overseeing the delivery of over £200m of additional group construction activity annually.
Roger will be working alongside Gelder Group’s Construction Director Dave Gladwin as the Group looks to increase its maintenance division’s portfolio of clients and implement new reporting and delivery systems.
Commenting on the appointment, Dave Gladwin said “Roger adds a new dimension to our maintenance operation, he is very well connected, knows the industry inside and out and we are looking forward to using his wide experience to develop our maintenance solutions and ensuring that our customer’s needs are satisfied”.
Roger comments that “he is immensely impressed with the drive, teamwork and motivation of the Gelder Group team; the attitude to training, customer relationships and innovation that exists is extremely impressive” adding “I am really enjoying my new role of helping with the continued growth of this Lincoln based company”.
