Apprenticeship Development Manager Adam Ellwood delivers Apprenticeship Awareness Presentation / Tour to senior careers advisors from Lincolnshire schools

Apprenticeship Development Manager Adam Ellwood delivered a presentation and tour to 16 senior careers advisors from a variety of Lincolnshire secondary schools / academies on Wednesday 22ndMay 2012. The aim of the event was to see Gelder Group apprentices in action first-hand and discuss the business and personal experiences we have from employing apprentices.
Emma Kelly from WBL comments “The Apprenticeship Awareness Day was a huge success with thanks to Adam Elwood for arranging such an informative and inspiring talk regarding the history of the Gelder Group and their provision. Adam then provided an excellent tour of their facilities including the Virtual School, Environmental Project, Garage and offices where careers staff were able to talk with a number of young apprentices. Everyone left the day feeling much more confident in the knowledge surrounding Apprenticeships.”

Thanks also go to Natalie Potter, Katie Watson, Danielle Skayman, James Sharpe, James Pickering and Ben Delaney for sharing their apprentice experiences.
