RSS FeedWork on £2m neighbourhood scheme commences
The first of several partnership schemes between Tillbridge Developments – Gelder Group’s Development Arm – and Gelder Group’s Major Contract’s Division has recently commenced with work starting on a new £2m retail facility on Gainsborough’s Corringham Road.
The scheme includes a 4,000sq ft Spar shop with five smaller retail units, three of which have already been let.
Work is expected to be completed in December and on the scheme Managing Director Steve Gelder comments “starting on this development represents the culmination of 3 years of behind the scenes work and a major investment for the Gelder Group. This is the first of many development schemes that will be delivered by the Tillbridge/ Gelder partnership, something the whole group can be excited about”.
