To design and manufacture a purpose built modular building to house a playgroup to which independently serves the local community
Louth Cordeaux School agreed to allow the playgroup to locate their new purpose building within their grounds with the condition that the external design fitted in with the existing school buildings. The modular building was designed with this in mind so brick slips were used along a pitched roof. Gelder Group also installed a purpose designed external play canopy, perimeter fencing, a new tarmac footpath and a soft play area beneath the canopy.
