Scope of Works
The construction of 21 flats and 3 houses, including access road, car parking, drainage and services.
Description of Works
The site was formally an RAF base and the old RAF ‘H’ block had to be demolished prior to any new build works commencing.
The flats were contained within 2 blocks with beam and block floors with a timber roof and uPVC
windows.
