This project was undertaken as a full package delivery to the client from land acquisition through to completion. Due to the prominence of the site architectural design was key to the projects success utilising a palette of modern materials and innovative design features. The projects consists of 12 New apartments & 8 new houses, all designed to code level 4, and meeting all requirements of lifetime homes & secured by design. The form of construction was timber frame, with piled foundations. Certain renewable technologies were included within the development such as Air Source heat pump exhaust systems.
