This housing estate suffered flooding following high spring tides on the River Humber. The properties were engulfed with approx. 1200mm of contaminated salt water. Teams worked over the Christmas holiday period in order to prepare the properties for High Energy drying. Strip out work included the removal of wall plaster to 1200mm high throughout, removal of internal doors, skirting boards and kitchens. The properties are being dried simultaneously.
