The property was flooded throughout by a broken pipe in the loft affecting every room in the property apart from the kitchen.
The bedroom which was below the burst pipe had the ceiling removed an on one of the walls plaster removed.
The rest of the property was dried with no further strip outs. Upstairs was dried within 3 weeks and downstairs in 4 weeks.
Mr & Mrs Broughton, the property owners, were delighted with the help, professionalism and compassion shown by the Gelder Drying operatives who attended.
