This 6 Bedroom detached house suffered a number of burst pipes affecting the study, conservatory, hall, stairs and landing, lounge and 3 bedrooms.
This was a rental property and the landlord was keen to get it dry as quickly as possible so minimising his loss of income. He had been quoted for traditional drying which would take too long and therefore the loss would be a sizable amount. He decided to instruct the Xeric team and we deployed the trailer mounted equipment within the week to commence drying. The job was completed and the property returned to its pre loss condition within the estimated time.
