This property suffered burst pipes in at least two areas on the top floor of this three storey building. All stock from the shop below was affected and had to be removed.
Our system and equipment were deployed in early January when the weather was at its worst and we completed the drying of the entire building in 4 days.
Traditional drying within the lower floor aided the Xeric Systems as temperatures were reaching as low as -20°c!
