Case Studies - Maintenance

The Maintenance and Facilities Management Division are currently completing the external wall insulation and roofing repairs at Anchor Point in Sheffield. The project is due to complete in December 2012.

 

The project consists of various remedial works to numerous aspects of the Anchor Point development to approximately 174 occupied apartments. The works include resolving water ingress issues, cill repairs, road edge repairs, louvre ventilation shaft repairs, re-rendering of external walls including new insulation, movement joints and paint, dismantle and re-fixing of external steel balconies (including timber deck boards) remove and refit patio doors.
