As part of the continued relationship with Richard Jackson Ltd, the Gelder Group completed the full restoration following fire damage to 6 apartments in Oldbrook, Milton Keynes.
The project completed in 10 weeks included a temporary roof and bespoke designed replacement.
The internal finishes incorporated new bathrooms, kitchens and internal finishes requiring careful liaison with the individual apartment owners.
The specialist works involved asphalt, security systems and intercom reinstatement.
Careful attention was required to ensure minimum disruption to the neighbours.
