The Gelder Group were entrusted with extending the classroom/teaching space for Walton on Trent C of E Primary School.
The increased level of pupils required the classroom to be completed at the earliest possible date.
The time limits and value for money requirements confirmed that the provision of the demountable building was the most suitable option.
The project included the provision of groundworks, foundations and all water, electrical and mechanical services.
The building is a bespoke design double classroom modular building for Derbyshire County Council.
Health & Safety was a crucial issue thoroughly delivered by Andy Doran on site.
The scheme included the carefully designed access for the disabled.
