The Gelder Group were entrusted to construct the new Vehicle Storage facility at Egmere in Norfolk.
The project included new drainage, external works, staff amenities and surface water drainage.
The steel frame had fire protective intumescent paint finish.
The cladding included insulated integral internal lining.
The remote location created site specific issues which were considered and overcome by liaison with the Environment Agency team.
All works were completed with a high level of Health & Safety focus within a 10 week period.
All mechanical and electrical services were part of this successful contract.
