The Gelder Group were entrusted to design, coordinate and provide a completely re-styled and refurbished home for Mr and Mrs Parsonage.
The project incorporated a temporary protective roof and a loft conversion to provide second floor bed and en-suite accommodation.
Restricted parking for the neighbours had to be taken into consideration and carefully coordinated.
The loft conversion, new bathroom and bedrooms were fully designed by Gelder Design. All finishes and furnishings were incorporated to provide a friendly, welcoming and bright effect.
The use of light and reflection are part of the impressive finished project.
All works were completed with a high level of Health & Safety focus within 15 weeks taking into account that Mr and Mrs Parsonage remained in residence for the full period.
The coordination of the heating, plumbing and electrical services was an important part of this successful project.
