New Reception Project - Waterside House, Lincoln

The Gelder Group were entrusted with the creation of the new reception at the Lincoln Headquarters of the Environment Agency.

The challenges associated with the project at the main Reception to the Regional Office were:-

  • Continuity of service to customers including relocating telephone and IT services etc to a temporary access
  • Coordination of the electrical and heating services including the main switchboard activities
  • Tight time constraints related to the completion of the various trades whilst always keeping Health & Safety as the most critical priority
