The Gelder Group were entrusted by North Kesteven District Council with the refurbishment and alterations to the Citizens Advice Bureau at Sleaford.
H.R.H. The Princess Royal, Princess Anne who is the patron to the C A B, visited the Citizens Advice Bureau in Sleaford to view the refurbishment works completed by The Gelder group.
Guests were the Mayor of Sleaford, John Charlesworth, Chairman of North Kesteven District Council, Ian Cartwright and The Lord Lieutenant of Lincolnshire, Tony Worth.
The challenges associated with the project at the C.A.B. offices were:-
- Continuity of service for customers and staff which included relocating the communication and IT services.
- Coordination of the joinery, decorations, electrical and flooring works whilst keeping the advice services fully operational.
- Tight time constraints related to the completion of the various trades whilst always keeping Health & Safety as a critical priority.
