Environment Agency Major Refurbishment at Kingfisher House, Peterborough

The Gelder Group were entrusted with the complete refurbishment to three floors of The Environment Agency at Kingfisher House Administration Offices in Peterborough.
The project included comprehensive electrical modifications, new lighting, light sensors, movement sensors and power adaptations.
The coordination of the activities incorporated careful integration of all the data requirements for the whole property.
Kitchenettes were altered to each floor.
Temporary catering facilities were provided whilst the new commercial kitchen was installed including all services.
Tight time constraints created the need for careful programming and liaison to ensure that key dates were achieved whilst keeping Health & Safety as a crucial criteria.
