We have recently commenced construction of 9 new homes for Acis Housing at Brocklesby Close, Gainsborough.
The site was originally made up of garages which were not used by Acis tenants. These were all cleared in May this year.
We commenced construction in June and the contract is for 33 weeks, value being £660,000.
These design and build properties consist of 4 No. 2 bed and 5 No. 3 bedroomed houses with solar panel assisted Hot Water and Central Heating.
