The construction of 21 flats and 3 houses, including access road, ar parking, drainage and services.
The site was formally an RAF base and the old RAF ‘H’ block had to be demolished prior to any new build works commencing. The flats were contained within 2 blocks with beam and block floors and timber roof and UPVC windows. The 3 houses were again face brickwork with timber 1st floor and roof construction.
