Scope of Works
The construction of a four bedroomed detached house and guest suite with double garage and sun room.
Description of Works
A traditional built house in brick and tile using structural steel frames in featured areas. The first floor loanding and master bedroom incorporating a vaulted ceiling. The rear elevation includes a balcony from the master bedroom. The entrance hall is dominated by a bespoke oak staircase which leads up from the first floor landing.
