This project was undertaken as a full package delivery to the client from land acquisition through to completion. Due to the prominence of the site architectural design was key to the projects success utilising a palette of modern materials and innovative design features. The projects consists of 12 New apartments & 8 new houses, all designed to code level 4, and meeting all requirements of lifetime homes & secured by design. The form of construction was timber frame, with piled foundations. Certain renewable technologies were included within the development such as Air Source heat pump exhaust systems
Due to the tight site parameters site co-ordination and safety have been key to the success of the project. The project is currently 4 weeks ahead of program
