The Project included the construction of a new depot for A.E. Cook for the Louth area. The works included R.C. pad foundations with a steel portal frame with insulated roof and wall cladding, car park and delivery area and new mains services.
The new facilities included a service counter and retail area, offices, kitchen, toilets and main storage area together with al 1st floor storage facility.
