The project comprises the Conversion of a former church into a 16 Bedroom Hotel and private area to be used as offices and administration areas for the Bishop of Lincoln.
The project consists of a new 3 storey internal construction to provide 16 No ensuite bedrooms with communal areas, meeting rooms and office accommodation.
The works entail making good of Grade II listed building whilst converting into new high specification hotel and conferencing facilities. New services installations, full M&E, installations, the insertion of new roof windows, and associated external works.
