The construction of a restaurant for Harvester Restaurants situated on Cygnet Park, a large retail park at Hampton, near Peterborough.
The building is being constructed alongside two other restaurants to complete the overall development and all the associated parking. We were contracted to complete the building ready for fit out with all external finishes consisting of render, timber boarding and curtain walling and with an air test certificate in line with the SBEM calculations. Our clients’ own contractors will be fitting-out internally.
The building was completed and handed over on the agreed completion date and our client commented that it was the ‘easiest Practical Completion/Handover Meeting’ he had ever been involved in.
