Demolition of old pavilion, construction of new changing facilities with 6 no changing rooms with wcs and a function room and associated parking. The new facilities’ finishes, whilst within budget, are of an extremely high standard. Solar panels were utilised for the underfloor heating and hot water. The building was also nominated for Building Excellence Awards 2010 in the category of “Best Community Project”, coming second against some stiff opposition!
