This project was constructed with a steel framed building on concrete pad foundations clad with composite roof and wall sheeting with aluminum curtain walling.
The skate park was constructed on a section of existing carpark adjacent to the sea front. The main skating area incorporated ramps, slopes and various skating obstacles along with changing / shower facilities, cafe, shop, reception and viewing area.
