The project consisted of a new 2 storey 10 No classroom block comprising of concrete foundations, precast concrete beam and block ground and 1st floor construction, pre-cast concrete stairs, timber roof trusses with lightweight roof covering.
The Internal finishes included underfloor heating, plastered walls and suspended ceilings, a platform lift and all associated mechanical and electrical installations. The external works including new dwarf walls,
with handrailing, block paving and car parking.
This work involved working within a live school environment.
