Demolition of existing building and construction of new Higher Education Teaching Facility.
The new building comprised of new steel frame structure with brick and cladding envelope, block partitions, plastering and suspended ceilings and including mechanical and electrical services.
Works were carried out within operation facilities, therefore careful planning and liaison with the client was necessary in order to minimise disruption and ensure the highest standards of safety.
