This project consisted of 2 single storey extensions to include:- new reception areas, an additional classroom, new surestart childrens centre, meeting rooms and offices together with ancillary accommodation.
The extensions were constructed of traditional build with Rockpanel cladding and Sto render with upvc windows and a single ply membrane monopitch roof.
Works were carried out within operational facilities, therefore careful planning and liaison with the client was necessary in order to minimise disruption and ensure the highest standards of safety.
The project was handed over in March 2010 on programme.
