The construction of 8 new residential accommodation with ensuite, living room, specialist bathrooms, hairdressers formed the new single storey extension to the rear of a live residential property.
The extension was to the rear of a Victorian building with established external areas with a conservation area. Access to the rear required tree protection to meet conservation requirements.
The alteration and refurbishment to adjourning rooms were carried out to ensure the staff and residents a continual use of the accommodation. The services include warden call, underfloor heating and electrical services
