The project included refurbishment works of 2 upper floors with new offices, staffrooms, 4 bed bays, utility rooms, waiting areas and treatment rooms. The services included new ventilation system, medical gases, electric and heating etc.
The new works entailed new partitioning, fire protection services, plastering, flooring and decoration, ceilings, furniture and services.
The project was completed within a live Hospital environment so continuous liaison and co-ordination with the Hospital Trust and adjacent staff was essential
